The success of our program relies on the dedication of international and Cape Verdean volunteers who work at our field stations on the beaches. Your schedule will primarily revolve around night work, with six consecutive days on duty, followed by a well-deserved full day off to explore the captivating island or simply relax at the camp. Adjusting to daytime sleep may pose a minor challenge, but the thrill of this unique experience will outweigh any temporary sleep disruption. Accommodations consist of shared tents at campsites, and you will spend your nights at the nesting beaches, finding rest in a tent during your free time. Meals will consist of locally sourced ingredients, providing nourishing sustenance, although options may be repetitive.
