Favourite part about working at Viamonde was spending an entire week with a group of young people and seeing their amazing progress. Some groups had never tried snowsports before but after a solid week sking or riding with friends and instructors, they were ussually ripping around. It was also great to get to know the kids from many cultures and countries. Although you spend from breakfast to to evening activity with the kids there is enough variety to keep the whole week exciting and great coworkers to spend your downtime with.

If you are looking for that job that lets you wake up everyday to one of the most beautiful landscapes and no day being the same then this is the one for you. Some of my best memories are from my time with Viamonde. With schools coming from all over the world, this brings with it different cultures and a huge range of personalities and skills. One week you may be teaching kids that have been ripping down the slopes for years, another week you might have a group of kids that have never seen snow before, this variety of levels brings with it massive rewards when seeing progression. As for the social side of Viamonde, the friends i have made while working will be friends for life. The staff are Viamonde are fantastic, everybody feels welcome and it is more like a family environment then just work colleges. Highly recommend a season with Viamonde.

Working at in Anzere has been an amazing experience, working along side a very talented group of people. The kitchen is good but could do with a bit of modernizing and having more commercial catering equipment such as a robo coupe and hobart mixer.

Working for Viamonde as a ski and snowboard counselor is a very rewarding and an amazing job, its very special to work in the mountains and share your passion, but even more special to share this with international school children from all over the world...some been raised in the snow and mountains and can teach you a thing or two and some who have never seen snow before...not one week is ever the same! The more energy you give the more you get back in return, after each season I have walked away with amazing memories and friends that last a lifetime...

Working for Viamonde is a great experience, working in beautiful but different resorts in the Swiss alps. Working long days can be difficult but it's well rewarded with good pay, accommodation and tasty food which leaves nothing to worry/think about. It's a great opportunity to share our passion for the snow with a huge variety of kids coming from all over the globe. There's also a massive range of ability from never seeing snow to incredible skiers that want to drop cliffs for breakfast. Overall it's a awesome place to spend your winter .
