Start your career in hospitality with SHG Portugal’s 1-year Level 5 Diploma, designed for students who want a fast, practical path into the industry. Based in Lisbon and taught entirely in Portuguese, this program follows the Swiss-quality SHG education model, combining theory with hands-on experience in 5-star hotels. Our main partner is the Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade, where we host our classes and internship positions. 

Students attend classes in hotel conference rooms, learning hospitality operations, front office, food and beverage, and sales alongside essential business skills such as leadership, customer service excellence, and career management. Small class sizes (12–15 students) ensure personalized guidance from teachers with real industry experience.

From the first week, students complete part-time internships in luxury hotels, rotating through departments to gain broad exposure. By graduation, students have 12 months of operational experience and a Level 5 qualification recognized across Europe, ready to begin a career in hotel management or pursue higher-level studies.
