PLATFORM for the NEEDY (PLANE) is passionate about environmental conservation. We are seeking compassionate and environment-friendly volunteers and interns to help us in our project, Greening Uganda Schools. Join us online as we raise funds to procure tree saplings or in Uganda as we start nursery beds in school compounds and gardens, an effort geared toward mitigating the effects of climate change.

It's our responsibility to educate children about the value of trees and forests, helping to foster their love for and connection with nature. Ultimately, we aim to create future generations who are conscious of the benefits of trees and forests as well as the need for sustainable management.

Under the Greening Uganda Schools, our team and volunteers at PLANE encourage and support the young generation to love forests and take care of trees. We inculcate the culture of tree planting among children, with the goal of environmental prosperity. This project is crucial in preventing environmental degradation and in sensitizing society towards a more sustainable lifestyle.
