Combining academic learning with real-world exploration, this international summer program offers 13 in-depth lectures (100 minutes each) in English, covering anime's cultural and social impact. 

Beyond the classroom, you’ll go on three exciting field trips to anime-related sites across central Japan, gaining first-hand insight into the industry and its cultural significance. 

A unique feature of this program is the Anime Study Buddy system, where you’ll be paired with local Japanese students who share your passion for anime. Together, you can explore Nagoya’s vibrant entertainment scene, visit traditional festivals, or relax at karaoke and izakaya.
