The Foundational English Program (FEP) is an educational initiative under the umbrella of the Foundational Learning Center, designed to deliver high-quality English language instruction to individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. With a focus on adult learners, working professionals, and international students, FEP is committed to closing the language gap through personalized, immersive, and accessible instruction both online and in person.
