Beyond Tourism's individual Pre-Travel intercultural Training will explore common cultural values that can lead to confusion, such as direct versus indirect communication, power distance, and collectivism versus individualism. You will take an assessment that evaluates your cultural values. We will compare our results with those of your host culture to identify potential “friction points”. This will give you the confidence you need to make friends and adjust to your new host country.
