Journey through Italy and Greece to experience the ancient foundations of Western civilization while immersing yourself in vibrant modern culture. Begin in coastal Salerno as you explore Pompeii, hike Mount Vesuvius, and ferry to Capri’s turquoise waters. Continue to Rome to walk among the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and lively piazzas filled with street performers. In Athens, dive into mythology and archaeology as you explore the Acropolis and ancient temples. Conclude in seaside Nafplio, discovering coastal villages, classical theaters, and Mediterranean landscapes.

Join our one-day cooking course and learn to prepare traditional Italian cuisine. Choose from various topics, including hand-made pasta, fish and seafood, meat, vegetables, rice and risotto, bread, and pizza. Of course, our chef is open to discussion and we can tailor the course based on your personal preferences and specific diet. Experience cooking in a professional kitchen with a chef. And then? You have to taste everything you cook, of course! Practice the Italian language and learn idioms and expressions, too. Price list: Individual = 90€ 2 participants = 70€ 3 and more participants = 60€

Join us this summer on an amazing Greece and Italy adventure travel program for teens. Explore ancient ruins and breathtaking natural landscapes, and savour the freshest, most incredible food in this program that takes you off the beaten path. See breathtaking views from the seaside villages of Cinque Terre and tour the wondrous ruins of Athens. Explore Greek islands with a SCUBA diving lesson in Naxos, plus kayaking and sunset views in Santorini. This program, led by friendly trip leaders, places teens into co-ed, age-compatible groups that are fun, inclusive, and dynamic for all. The detailed itinerary allows the flexibility to (perhaps) find a new favourite beach or sample every gelato stand along the way! Please note that on certain departure dates, some participants depart on day 17, and new participants may join as the group continues on to the islands.

Tuscany is at the heart of Italy’s rich culinary traditions, offering a diverse range of flavors—from fresh truffles and fine wines to handmade pasta and premium meats. At FCAS, we provide an immersive, hands-on culinary experience with intimate home cooking classes held four days per week (approx. 4 hours per session). Classes take place in a traditional Italian private kitchen, accommodating small groups of up to eight participants, and conclude with a shared meal. Each day, participants will have the opportunity to master 4 to 5 exquisite dishes, building a repertoire of approximately 65 delectable recipes each month. Language is not a barrier, as all classes include complimentary English interpretation (Italian-to-English translation). All of our students are either native English speakers or proficient in English as a second language. - Upon course completion, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
