Italian Home Cooking in Florence, Italy

Tuscany is at the heart of Italy’s rich culinary traditions, offering a diverse range of flavors—from fresh truffles and fine wines to handmade pasta and premium meats. At FCAS, we provide an immersive, hands-on culinary experience with intimate home cooking classes held four days per week (approx. 4 hours per session). Classes take place in a traditional Italian private kitchen, accommodating small groups of up to eight participants, and conclude with a shared meal. Each day, participants will have the opportunity to master 4 to 5 exquisite dishes, building a repertoire of approximately 65 delectable recipes each month. Language is not a barrier, as all classes include complimentary English interpretation (Italian-to-English translation). All of our students are either native English speakers or proficient in English as a second language. - Upon course completion, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

During my stay at Accademia Leonardo I took a cooking lesson with amazing chef Paolo. We were doing home made pasta and some sauces. All super good and tasty. It is nice to have opportunity to cooking lessons with experienced chef and get the know hows on Italian cuisine. Ten out of ten Gulie's recommended!
