Hence, the demand for places at private international schools has increased. This, plus the growing emphasis on learning English while still young, presents year-round opportunities for native and fluent non-native English speakers to teach abroad. Education authorities in Poland are committed to hiring highly qualified educators. Public and private school teachers must have a Bachelor’s degree, a teacher's license, and strong references. The expected level of classroom experience is normally at least one year. The academic year in the country follows a calendar cycle similar to North American schools.
