After graduating from SUNY Geneseo with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a minor in Spanish, Kate immediately took off to pursue her lifelong dream of living overseas. She found herself in the south of Spain, where she happily stayed for the next five years teaching English and exploring Europe and Northern Africa. Kate recently returned home to Buffalo, NY, where she plans to continue teaching and writing, and start making cheese on her family farm.
