The Nishinomiya program involves studies focused on Japan and its society, culture, and language. Broaden your understanding of East Asia as well through additional Korean or Chinese language and society study. For a semester or academic year, gain a better understanding of Japan’s (as well as its neighboring countries) religious, cultural, political, economic, and social aspects. Classes are small, a broad selection of activities on and off campus are available, and the homestay program is well-established. Explore the country academically, within the larger context of East Asia, through the Japan and East Asia Studies Program (JEASP) at the Kwansei Gakuin University.

This comprehensive semester features private housing and expert instruction from the J.F. Oberlin University in Tokyo’s Machida suburb.
