USAC's partnership with the University of Roehampton allows you to choose from a variety of courses in business, psychology, history, literature, performing arts, computer science, and London/U.K. studies. The program is split into two 3-week sessions, and you can choose to participate in one or both sessions. Take one course per session and earn up to 20 U.K. credits per course.

BADA enables students from around the world to study classical theater with leading actors and directors on the British stage. The London Theatre Program is a conservatory program for students interested primarily in acting. It takes place in London during the academic year and is fully accredited through Sarah Lawrence College. Financial aid is available and, in most cases, the cost is the same as a term at the student's home college. The Midsummer in Oxford Program, which takes place at Magdalen College, Oxford, for three weeks in the summer, is similar to, but shorter than, the LTP. It is presented in conjunction with the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale. This 12-week Gap Year Semester Course is our most expansive and influential program. During the first six weeks, students travel to the UK and France, where they can explore art, architecture, food, culture, and much more. After this, they will travel to Tuscany and stay in Montepulciano, a beautiful hilltop town, for a two-week intensive Italian course. In the second six weeks, they will join other students to study on the Autumn Gap Year Course. They will travel across Italy, visiting Venice, Castelfranco, Bologna, Florence, Siena, and Rome, as well as taking day trips to San Gimignano, Verona, Naples, and Pompei. This program aims to give students the greatest experience of Italy and a better understanding of the "art world." It is an ambitious program that spread from the ancient world in Rome and Naples to the Renaissance in Florence and contemporary art in Venice. Students will learn about the works of Leonardo, appreciate Titian, and understand why Michelangelo is so significant. Students will also be introduced to dozens of other artists, read great poets from ancient and modern times, learn about rhetoric (Cicero), history, and literature, & appreciate architecture.

If you are joining an Integrated Study Abroad program at the University of the Arts London, this course has been developed specifically for you. Add the Creative Industries London module to your autumn or spring term. Focusing on disruptive design, media, and screen industries, it is ideal for students joining our degree pathways. You can take this module for additional credit or show evidence of intercultural competence. You can also study this course even when not taking one of our Study Abroad programs, as it works perfectly as a standalone course.
