Schiller International University

I am an American student, after a gap year of traveling, I decided to pursue my degree in one of the countries I visited and wanted to know more about: Spain. I found Schiller, an American university abroad. I looked at several Spanish universities but the process was very complicated. Schiller takes a very personal approach to each and every student, it feels like a large family. The students come from all over, which makes it a great experience for all, it's not just Americans studying abroad but students from France, Germany, Morocco, South Africa, Mexico, etc... Another great aspect is the cultural and academic trips, we visit large companies with presence in Spain as well as the European Parliament. Overall, if you hadn't considered the option of studying abroad, I would highly recommend you start thinking about it. You won't regret it.

I always wanted to study abroad but was concerned about cost, time, etc... I finally decided to do it for my master's degree and I wish I would have done it sooner. Schiller is a small university, which after graduating from a large state school in the US, was what I was looking for. The professors are incredibly helpful, you can meet with them pretty much any time you want. The students in my class where from all over the world, literally. And finally, the opportunities to network with local and international businesses in Spain, not only has been valuable but gave the opportunity to find a job shortly after graduating.
