CommUNITY Wellness aims to reduce childhood obesity by teaching healthy habits in diet, physical activity, sleep, and emotional well-being. Gasol Foundation programs promote healthy habits amongst kids, youth, and their families, while empowering individuals to serve as advocates for healthy change. The program is designed for children aged 6-13 and their parents or guardians, with families participating together.

The philosophy of CommUNITY Wellness is incorporating fun and enjoyment in all activities. Use games and activities to convey healthy messages. Innovate based on scientific evidence. Train professionals to ensure successful, sustainable interventions.
And involve parents and caregivers actively.

The sessions are held on weekday evenings or Saturdays. Consisting of eight sessions, with two sessions per month and each session lasts two hours, featuring classroom instruction and family activities.
