The Agricultural Guest Workers Recruitment Program (AGWRP) was established in 1988 by Glen Bell Jr. to assist U.S. farms in recruiting foreign workers and providing immigration services. The expertise available to AGWRP can be utilized in the recruitment and admission to the US of foreign workers to meet human resource needs. We have four lawyers, along with 16 support staff who work exclusively with recruitment and immigration matters in our Washington, Utah, California, and Europe offices. We provide recruitment services exclusively for the agriculture industry. Life and work on the land is what our team knows best and is most passionate about. We are one of the only specialist recruitment firms in the U.S. with a sole focus on agriculture jobs. With so many qualified candidates motivated to work in the United States and a shortage of suitable local workers, we have tapped into valuable international people streams.
