Ajou University

One of the coolest things about the school was the fact that we were able to take a culture workshop on Wednesday instead of going to regular class. Every week these activities differed. We learned calligraphy, made pottery, visited temples, did traditional Korean drumming, amongst many other things. It was an awesome cultural experience.

I truly believe that the benefits I have gained from this experience are worth tenfold all the costs I have incurred to attend. So it's with the sincerest gratitude that I say goodbye to Ajou University, and thank them for an experience I will treasure for the rest of my life.

I got countless memorable experiences including social as well as cultural and historical experiences. It is impossible for me to pick out just one experience and say that this is the best. The Jeju trip, the mud festival and visiting the JSA and actually stepping across the border to North Korea is definitely experiences that will not soon be forgotten.

By attending Ajou University's ISS, I have met so many friends from all around the world which have somewhat become a kind of second family to me.
