Chinese Summer / Winter Camp - That's Mandarin

I take the General Chinese Knowledge course every Wednesday for 1.5 hours. We sort vocabulary about university applications, campus services and daily life together. We also have matching word games as interactive activities. The teacher always notices students who fall behind and offers extra guidance. This systematic learning makes me feel fully prepared for overseas study in China.

This program gave me much more than Chinese lessons. The friendly environment, delicious traditional meals, and opportunities to experience local culture made my summer in China truly memorable and worthwhile .

I loved how the program combined intensive Chinese classes with cultural experiences. The teachers were supportive, and the homestay allowed me to learn about Chinese family life and household culture firsthand.

The Summer Full Camp was an amazing experience. I improved my Chinese every day and made friends from many countries. Living in China helped me become more confident using Chinese in real-life situations.

That's Mandarin is a fantastic learning environment. Staff (particularly in the Chengdu branch) are kind, attentive, and supportive helping to make your fresh experience in a foreign country comfortable and not overwhelming as it could be.

I really enjoy the environment at That's Mandarin! The teachers are great, and they share a lot of helpful experiences about living in China. My favorite part is definitely the Events, because it's a great way to make new friends and practice my Chinese. It’s always fun and I learn a lot!

My experience at That’s Mandarin Chengdu was fantastic! Long laoshi is not only knowledgeable but also patient and understanding. The curriculum is comprehensive, and the NihaoCafe platform really enhances the learning process. The cultural events organized by the school were a highlight, giving me a chance to connect with other students and experience Chinese culture firsthand.

I joined them and trust me I even don’t know the 1,2,3 of Chinese ??, it’s 一 二s as an三， the teachers here are so good and experienced, topics usually covers our day to day activities so that you can relate with them and start using them. You can meet students from different countries which is quite as well.

Beijing That’s Mandarin is truly exceptional! I was particularly impressed by the school's online platform NihaoCafe , which is intuitive and convenient, making it easy to review and preview materials anytime, anywhere. The Beijing teachers are outstanding, guiding me to significant progress in my studies. The learning environment is excellent, and the diverse cultural activities helped me connect with amazing classmates and form lasting friendships.

This October, my friends and I went to Shanghai for a Chinese school trip, and it was such a fun week full of surprises! We had hot pot, tried stinky tofu (which was... interesting!), and saw the amazing view at the Bund. The best part? I went from only knowing how to say "ni hao" to learning so many useful phrases, like "wo ai he naicha," "wo bu zhidao," and even "666." Hahahaha! One week was way too short—I wish I could’ve stayed longer! I really want to come back to Shanghai for another awesome Chinese summer camp like this. Totally recommend it, and fingers crossed I get to come back next summer!

I want to thank all "That's mandarin" teachers, espessially Na Er laoshi? I feel very comfortable to work with her. We read and discuss different topics. Especially, economical and political topics. But our lessons are not just useful for my education, but also very funny. I can't wait for these lessons every week! It cheers me up for whole next week)? Thank you?????

I love my classes at Hello Mandarin, my teacher is very talented and patient. The lessons are customized and don't move too quickly or too slowly. I was very intimidated to begin my Chinese studies, but I have had a wonderful experience and would recommend to any foreigner.

its been pretty engaging and has kept me concentrated during lessons, not too fast not too slow. fun experience so far, can't complain. looking forward to learning more, would deffinetly recommend it to other beginners.
