Synergy Village

Synergy feels like home to me. The months I spent there were wonderful, filled with beautiful memories. I learned so much—about gardening, construction, managing a guesthouse, organizing events, and much more; but most importantly, I learned about myself. I believe that everyone should have the chance to immerse themselves in a new country, to explore, learn, and embrace new experiences with gratitude. My time in Synergy was magical and very positive, and I meet beautiful souls there. Even the challenging moments were valuable, as they taught me resilience and problem-solving. These experiences have shaped who I am and left me with a deep sense of gratitude. ♡

I visited Sinergy Village as a volunteer in 2021 for a half of the year. And I can sincerely tell it was an amazing experience. It was the first time since I were abroad, and everything for me was new, but people of Synergy made me feel like home. Especially I want to thank my supervisor Tzewang, she was there for me when I needed and she taught me a lot of things which still helps me in everyday life. Synergy Village is a really friendly place for volunteers: they are ready to discuss with you what you encounter during your volunteer experience and support you. There were lots of work, but isn't every good volunteer job are? I can tell it was worth it. It was good experience everyone should have in life.Teamwork brings important skills. Also we had a lot of fun there! So if you are honest, open minded, like to do multiple different tasks, like to meet new people all across the world and looking for a place to develop new skills, this place is definitely for you.

Well what to say...... With becoming a Voulenteer at Synergy Village you also get to become a part of thier beautiful and loving family. Every day is so different and unique that it's hard to discribe it in words it's just an all inclusive package. You are able to learn every day something new not just about gardening, construction, cooking, sustainable living, etc.... But about yourself as a human being, of course only if you want to so meaning there is not a single force that you need to do something wich you don't like or want. Also after a long day with hard work they will let you feel and see thier appreciation. But just to let the fellow new Voulenteers know..... Please don't expect it to be all the time like a fairytale or something cause a part of what you experience there is real life or let's say the reality of living. But yeah who am I to tell you what your experience will be just to be clear this was only my point of view so go and create your own.
