To be eligible, local students must have achieved at least two GCE 'A' Level passes, completed the International Baccalaureate program with a 24-point score, or have a local polytechnic diploma. Furthermore, local and international students must demonstrate English proficiency by obtaining a C6 or more in GCE O level English or an IELTS score of 5.5.
