I enjoyed my course so much! The teachers, Jamie and Anne, were very good. Clear, knowledgable, fun, and taught us Mandarin that would be relevant in day-to-day life. I have definitely learnt a lot in just two weeks. It has been very useful for me as I continue my travels around China. The school brings together such a variety of interesting people. Social activities were also fun - including Tai Chi, dumpling making, Majong, lunches, and game nights! Highly recommend this course!!!

Finished my two weeks of learning Chinese today. I’m writing this review at a bar in Chengdu where I managed to exchange a couple of words with some other bar goers. Definitely was not expecting it when I landed to start the course. Two weeks really flew by and I cannot but suggest LTL Chengdu to everyone who wants to learn this amazing language. The program is well structured and follows the HSK levels, but in the end it really gets tailored to what you want or need. Big thanks to my teacher Stiles, teacher Ying, Ilaria and Giulia for the support during my stay. 马飞叔叔 out 😎

I took a 1-week intensive Mandarin immersion course at LTL Language School, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The program is flexible - Alin, Riona,Sunny, Greta and the entire team at LTL can work around most schedules. My program combined morning group classes with 1-on-1 private lessons in the afternoon, covering all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The teachers are knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely amazing: Tammy and Thomas led my group classes and made Mandarin grammar, conversation, character structure, and stroke order easy to understand. Jia was fantastic at helping me refine my pronunciation and tones. Anqi gave me incredible insights into reading and understanding traditional Chinese characters. Beyond the classroom, LTL organizes great social activities like group lunches and evening games of mahjong, making it easy to practice conversational Chinese and connect with other students. I learned so much in just one week that I signed up for more classes immediately—and most of my classmates extended their stays, too! I would have stayed even longer if I could, and I will definitely be back. If you want a top-tier Mandarin immersion experience, LTL is the place to go!

Studying at LTL has been a life-changing experience for me and one of the best choices I've made for my personal growth. It's been almost a month since I arrived, and I am completely satisfied with the experience, from the educational system, the great teaching methods and charisma of Teacher Minkyung, to the socializing opportunities we have at school. The schedules are full of activities you can choose from to have fun, meet people, and learn together. The staff is highly professional and super friendly. Coming to class is really fun, and I really enjoy my routine here in Korea. I am grateful for this experience.

I had a phenomenal time at LTL Taipei. I had never been to Taiwan or done a language trip before, and initially signed up for 2 weeks. I found everyone super welcoming and accommodating, which is exactly what you want in a new country. I had morning classes with Wei wei and Jialin, who were both great. And then in the afternoon I had 1:1 classes with Jasmine, who was really phenomenal and patient with me -- letting me practice what I had learned, and discussing all aspects of Taiwan, Mandarin, and more. I actually ended up extending my classes by three days until I had to fly out 🤣. Highly recommend!

I had some chinese lessons when I was very young. Couldn't remember half of what I learned, and barely speak any mandarin. But within 2 months, I could finish the HSK 2 textbook, and half of the HSK 3, improving a lot of my speaking. The program is very well organized, from the scheduling of the classes, to the renting of the apartment/hostfamily and cultural activities.

To date I've spent 23 weeks in China, 7 weeks of those at LTL Beijing and my Chinese progress has made amazing progress during this time. This is especially due to my teacher at LTL Beijing, Beauty (Wei Xing), who was one of the best teachers I've had during my time in China. She evidently has many years of teaching experience and was able to tailor my lessons to a perfect mix of working through the HSK 5/6 Curriculum whilst adding in time for conversation practice on a multitude of topics and sharing insights into the Chinese culture. Overall I can testify to the quality of the education I received during my time at LTL, and think anyone looking to improve their Chinese quickly couldn't go wrong by choosing LTL Beijing.

I had an amazing experience at LTL Language School! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the teachers are excellent. I learned so much during my stay. I also loved the weekly activities organized by the LTL staff, which made the experience even more special. The school is in a great location, too. I highly recommend LTL to anyone who wants to learn Korean and have an unforgettable experience in Seoul! 💗

Student advisors Mojca Godec & Savannah Feng were wonderful & truly helpful. I got more hours’ education than I deserved! Teacher Summer did a great job too! I logged 4 weeks’ 20hrs/week in a group of 2 + 2 weeks’ 10 hrs/week individual study, completing HSK 1 & most of HSK 2. I intend to continue next month with 4 weeks’ LTL Osaka small group study of Japanese, for which they gave me a 10% off coupon for successful Chinese language completion.

My time studying in Kunming so far has been one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. Especially with my great teacher. Everyone at Ltl has made me feel very welcome and I have been able to experience many amazing things.

I’ve been at LTL for about 6 weeks so far, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. LTL as a whole is a very welcoming environment. All of the staff are super friendly, whether it’s Alin and Riona, who you can usually find at the front desk helping students with logistical things, or Sunny, who creates and leads the social events. Speaking of social events, LTL is also a really great social environment. To foster connections between classes, LTL usually has about 2 social events per week, along with lots of social lunches, which helps build community among the students. Through this, I’ve made a lot of friends and feel very connected, even though I’m so far from my home country. As for the classes, I feel my Chinese has improved a lot since coming here, thanks in large part to my teacher, Sissi. She’s done a great job of making my 4 hours of daily classes fun and engaging, while also making sure I gain a deep understanding of the grammar structures and vocabulary we cover. All in all, I’d highly recommend LTL to anyone looking to travel abroad and study a language. Not only will LTL’s intensive courses ensure you make progress, but the friendly environment will also let you form connections and have experiences you’ll remember long after you return home.

Școala este foarte bună cu profesorii foarte bine pregătiți într-un oraș turistic ,școala profesorii și orașul fac un mix foarte pozitiv. Am găsit în China un oraș foarte liniștit primitor cu oameni foarte buni , este vorba de orașul Beihai.

I joined the school program for two weeks. Helen was our teacher, and she is so funny and good at translating local slang. We had five students in that group and all of us loved her. We didn't expect a young teacher could be very professional and patient but she was amazing.

We joined the Beijing trip this spring, and i really miss the feeling there! Everyday's classes with friendly and funny teacher, chinese local food differed each day, cultural challenges with locals! I also bought a mini mahjong set back home!

It was a great trip in Beijing evenif it was not my first time. Teachers were very patient and professional. I enjoyed the class very much. There are much more students from all other countries in LTL, there were also Spanish, German and other countries.

The goal of my trip to China, beyond studying the language, was to get to know the small part of the country that I visited. Anya helped me a lot to manage the practical aspects, guided me in choosing places to see, and encouraged me to try new things in Xi'an(as street food f.e). Thank you.

I booked a one-week intensive beginner’s course. It was really worth it and I do feel it did push me to improve a lot. My teachers (Sara in the morning and Lilia in the afternoon) were very supportive, made the class interesting and challenging. And this with a lot of humor and charm. The school has as well organized activities which you can join eg roasted duck dinner, and there is always someone to have a chat or ask for help to navigate Beijing.

I only spent 5 days at the school, but even starting from zero, I learned some useful Chinese basics. The small classes with Stiles and especially the 1-on-1 lessons with Weiii were really helpful. There are also cultural activities to join, and Chengdu itself is an amazing city with lots to explore. Had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

Minha experiência estudando mandarim na LTL em Beihai tem sido excelente. Os professores são atenciosos, pacientes e dedicados. As aulas são dinâmicas e proporcionam uma verdadeira imersão na língua e na cultura chinesa. Recomendo a escola para quem deseja aprender mandarim e vivenciar a cultura chinesa de perto.
