I enjoyed my program. I liked everything about it. My placement was great, the orientation was good, housing was good. I would say that interning does not include a ton of hand holding and students who want every moment of every day scheduled with activities should study abroad instead. The local coordinator was good. The experience will definitely be good for my resume .

Studying in Florence has been an experience of a lifetime! I came not knowing anyone and Florence is a great place to come! So many international students and you don’t really have to worry about a language barrier. So many fun classes are offered at Florence University of the Arts and the teachers here are awesome! I would highly recommend this trip!

So far my trip to Florence has been amazing. I was surprise at how fast we all got accustomed. I love getting to experience a new culture and try new things. It’s also amazing how easy it is to travel and sight see even after classes. I love Florence!

I have always wanted to go abroad and I love to travel. My parents have been supportive of my passions and they knew how much I wanted to go on this trip. At first I did not even think about going to Japan until I found this program and realized that I should do something that challenges me and pushes me outside of my comfort zone. I also have a phenomenal abroad team here at Western which allowed a very easy and fluid application process.
