ISSOS International Summer Schools provide inspiring and exciting 3-week residential summer programs for 16 to 18-year-olds from all over the world at one of the world-renowned university campuses in Cambridge. Study the technical and design processes of creating your capsule wardrobe for the summer. You'll learn to make garments such as skirts, blazers, jackets, dresses, loungewear, swimwear, and accessories—the possibilities are endless! You'll also learn to sew traditional jersey finishes and attach lace to stretch fabric. This program is perfect for teenagers who are curious about learning how to sew, design, and make their own clothes, use and alter patterns and want to know what it takes to be a designer. There will be a constant gaze on sustainability, creating a process that is as sustainable and zero-waste as possible. You will learn how to: • Assume the role of the designer and develop your ideas into a design • Work with fabrics donated by local designers within a 7-mile radius • Create mood boards/design development sheets and learn why designers use them • Pattern cut, sew, and construct your garment • Take your first steps into the fashion industry You will leave with: • Design development sheets • An outfit designed and made by yourself • A digital certificate of completion

They are specially designed for high schoolers completing 11th or 12th grades. By focusing on the needs of older teenagers, the activities on this trip are chosen with the independent nature and maturity of a young adult in mind. At Learn & Experience (L&E), we offer a unique experience for 8- to 16-year-olds worldwide, packed with a huge and diverse range of activities—adventure, sports, creative, and more! The venue, Twyford School, is a Hogwarts-style independent boarding school that makes our overnight experience very special. Our L&E Plus programme includes L&E English, and our outstanding Young Global Leader course (13-16) as well as STEAM program. We have a whole evening activity program and weekend excursions, including London, Oxford, Winchester, and local theme parks. Our World Camps allow young people to experience and learn life skills under expert and empathetic guidance, all while making friendships that span the globe. With L&E, it is especially relevant that young people develop independence, confidence, and communication skills. Our Academic Insights program provides ambitious high school students from around the world with unrivaled experience studying undergraduate-level subjects at Oxford and Cambridge University colleges. All classes are taught by expert academics from world-leading universities, such as Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. Each subject follows a specifically designed summer school syllabus. This combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring all students receive a well-rounded and challenging program that develops them for future success. With the support of expert academic tutors, all participants in the Academic Insights program complete a project. XUK Activity Summer Camp is a multi-activity camp in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. It is open to children and teens ages 8 to 17 and offers stays between one and five weeks. XUK Activity enables campers to experience a variety of exciting activities every day. Mornings include various fantastic activities, including water zorbing, archery and raft building, sports, drama, dance, and arts! Afternoons are filled with choice activities that allow all campers to get together and engage in something they love! XUK also offers an off-site trip once a week. Campers visit Salisbury or Bath to go sightseeing and shopping. XUK Activity offers a friendly, fun, and safe environment.
