Very Enjoyable Summer Tour
November 25, 2025by: Paige Klein - United StatesProgram: Travel For Teens: London and Paris
I had a very nice time on my teen tour to London and Paris. I met lots of different high schoolers from across the country, and had a good time getting to know them. Food was alright. Visited interesting places, both tourist-y and not as much, but my favorite part was spending time with my fellow travelers. The counsellors were also very friendly and helpful. We went biking, tried hot chocolate, explored gardens, enjoyed the pier of Brighton, and more. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Once in a lifetime opportunity
September 29, 2024by: Rebecca M.Program: CIEE HS Summer Abroad: Creative Writing & Culture in London
This was an amazing experience and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to study abroad and have connections around the world. I would most definitely go again if I had the chance. Plus, I would very much like to have the $200 refer-a-friend benefit, in order for me to have a chance to go once more.
Inspiring for Future Writers!
September 25, 2024by: Iley Velazquez- O'S.Program: CIEE HS Summer Abroad: Creative Writing & Culture in London
I really enjoyed the program and the activities. It’s a great place to make friends and explore the city. The writing program is really inspiring and helps you become more creative in the class and learn a lot on the literary side of London. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend the program is how expensive it was. For me it was really hard to afford this trip even with the scholarship.
Best Month of my Life
November 01, 2023by: Anthony Diresta - United StatesBest month of my life, by far. The only word I can think of to describe this past summer is “unreal”. Nothing can compare to sipping tea at Kensington Palace, climbing the Arc de Triomphe and eating pastries atop the Eiffel Tower, sailing down Amsterdam's canals, visiting a giant German castle overlooking a stunning alpine lake, paragliding and whitewater rafting in the Swiss Alps, having brunch in a rotating restaurant on top of a nearly 3,000-meter-tall mountain, negotiating at an Italian leather market, relaxing at a gorgeous villa on a winery, exploring the Roman Colosseum, hiking in the beautiful Cinque Terre, swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the French Riviera, and partaking in a Spanish Tapas Masterchef-esque tournament, all within a month. This is just a small taste of what this trip has to offer. The amount of meaningful memories I’ve made is endless. I met new friends, tried new foods, experienced SO many things for the first time, and had an absolutely surreal amount of fun. 10/10 across the board.

Best summer ever!
December 06, 2019by: Allison Aplin - United StatesMy summer with TFT is one that I will never forget! I was super nervous to travel with people I didn't know, but the kids I went with were absolutely amazing. The counselors did fun games with us to get to know each other. By the time we felt Europe all of us were sad because we had to leave our friends. Overall an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to travel.
Best summer ever!
October 29, 2019by: Izzy Dokmanovich - United StatesMy life changed drastically over the course of two weeks and I owe that change to Travel for Teens and the summer I spent abroad in Berlin, Paris, and London! From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was greeted to nonstop action. From the get-go, there was so much to do. Being exposed to other cultures and learning phrases in German and French was fascinating and showed me that there was so much more to the world than my tiny bubble in California. From biking around Berlin to riding on the London Eye, there was never an absence of adventures. Besides adventures, there was also a community that formed over the course of two weeks. The staff were able to make every moment enjoyable and the other campers all contributed to the general companionship through their kindness and willingness to learn about the foreign world we found ourselves in. In the end, I came home wanting to go on more trips in the summers to come! From my summer, I’ve made lasting friendships and can effectively call myself a traveller and not a tourist!
First time as Counselor in Training!
November 27, 2018by: Cedar Latimer - United StatesTo see all these countries in the span of a couple weeks is amazing. This allowed me to be more immersed in the culture, relax, and have a good time. The cooking classes were a blast, and even though it was only my second time with the company I instantly felt at home with my group. Being a Counselor In Training for TFT is fun and gives you the opportunity to meet new people, enjoy great cuisine, and see awesome sights around the world. Every day of my trip was a once in a lifetime adventure that just kept getting better. This is a chance to explore some of the coolest, most diverse spots in Europe. The Alps, London, Rome, Barcelona, the south of France, and a chocolate factory in Paris were a few of the highlights for me. And seeing the cities firsthand with a local guide, good friends, and one of a kind counselors is so rewarding. I could not have asked for a more special treat because each stop is incredible and filled with excitement. Thank you Travel For Teens you have made a trip I will never forget.
The ultimate summer
November 13, 2018by: Ashley Allen - United StatesThis past summer, I had the pleasure of going on TFT’s Ultimate Europe 30 days trip. For some, 30 days can feel like a lifetime away from home. Yet, the environment I experienced with my counselors and fellow participants became my new home. There was never a dull moment and every minute was spent experiencing the world around us and making it our own personal adventure. From surprise trips to Disneyland Paris to canyoning in Interlaken, I broke out of my comfort zone so many times that I lost count. I not only returned as a more self-actualized young adult but am able to articulate what I want in my own life: new experiences, adventures, and friends to last a lifetime, the true Travel for Teens experience.
A trip I will never forget!
October 09, 2018by: Amelia Thibault - United StatesThanks to Travel for Teens, I had an amazing summer and I can't wait to have another one this year! I went on this trip without knowing anyone and I left with a group of new friends. We started in Berlin, we saw everything from lush parks to 13th-century churches to beautiful art museums. Then Paris, we climbed so many tourist attractions, Arc de Triumph, Montmartre and of course The Eiffel Tower. There was so much culture in London, from Abbey Road to Harry Potter there is something for everyone! I highly recommend this trip for anyone new to Europe and looking for an interesting trip filled with history, culture and adventure!
5 Stars for Youth Travel Organization: Travel for Teens
January 28, 2015by: Katie CurranImagine sitting at a quaint Parisian bakery and ordering a French pastry or completing a meaningful community service project while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Italy. Are you searching for something to do this upcoming summer? Then look no further than Travel for Teens! Based out of Pennsylvania, Travel for Teens (TravelForTeens.com) holds summer travel opportunities across the globe that individual students can go on ranging from touring the Alps, learning Spanish in Costa Rica, to volunteering in Fiji. Travel for Teens (TFT) has over 50 programs across 30 countries on 5 continents. This past summer I went on the Berlin, Paris and London TFT trip with 12 students from across the country. The counselor to student ratio was excellent, as our trip had 3 energetic counselors from Australia, France and the U.S.A TFT is committed to student safety. They were very receptive to the individual requests of the students. They tailored the activities based on the interests of the students. I began my journey in Berlin, where we climbed the Reichstag, explored old East Germany, biked across the Tempelhof Airport and ate lots of Schnitzel and Kebab. Our group even received a personal tour of the underground war bunkers of Berlin. Students left Germany with a blend of modern culture and historical insight. In France, our group went boating down the Seine River, climbed the Eiffel Tower, ventured around the Palace of Versailles, visited a multitude of museums and of course ate lots of baguettes and cheese. I made lots of new friends on the trip and stay in touch with them to this day. We took the Eurostar Bullet Train from France to England. We rode the London Eye, visited Winston Churchill’s official World War II bunker, saw the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace and experienced English nightlife on the West End as we saw the play, “Miss Saigon”. On the last night of the program, Travel for Teens reserved the top floor of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, York & Albany for a private dinner in London. Everyone spent a magical night reminiscing about their amazing trip together. TFT lives by their motto and teaches students to be “travelers instead of tourists”. Students see a different side of cities, as they take local transit and order food while speaking in the local language. I highly recommend Travel for Teens if you are looking for an educationally enriching tour with a cultural adventure. Through their one-of-a-kind programs, Travel for Teens truly connects students to the entire world and broadens their horizons. Travel this summer with TFT and share Travel for Teen’s enthusiasm and energy!
