Adventure Tours in Slovenia

This is the first inter-railing trip I have been on and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour was well organised and did not feel rushed. Euroventure have made it so convenient to travel round Europe, this is really beneficial for those without much travelling experience. I felt well looked after and safe with our tour guide David. The hostels we stayed in were clean and comfortable. The activities available did not disappoint and complimented each city really well. There is flexibility in the days schedule so it is easy to explore independently or stay with the tour leader. I am so happy I booked to do this trip and have no regrets. I would highly recommend doing a group tour with Euroventure. No doubt I will use them again to explore more of Europe.

Had the best time of my life so far on this tour! I loved having the option to travel in a group of people around my age, as it felt like a much safer way to travel and I made new friends which was brilliant. The included activities were great, as well as the optional ones, as they gave us the opportunity to learn more about the cities we were staying in and experience each place as best as possible for the short time we'd be staying for. The tour leader helped us get from place to place smoothly and it would be difficult to improve the experience, overall! The only problem is that I will have to save up for the next tour, as I would love to book with Euroventure again, soon!

I chose a Euroventure group tour so I could go to all the places I wanted, with likeminded people. And it was a lovely group of people and beautiful places! The whole trip was fun, I felt like the people really made it as we had a laugh everyday. Everything was included and it was super easy which I feel is value for money :) Tolly was fun and easy to get along with, I didn't have any issues but if I did I feel like he would have been confidential and helpful. The paddleboarding and pub crawls were my favourite activitives! The optional walking tours were interesting but a bit too long, and I would have liked to have stayed longer in Venice and Amsterdam but now I feel confident to go back on my own!

I have not long arrived back from the 2 week Balkans group tour and I can honestly say I had the time of my life. The group tour was the perfect opportunity to get a taste of solo traveling, whilst not being completely by myself. Before the trip, there was great communication from one of the company's organisers, Richard, and a Whatsapp group had been set up in advance for everyone on the tour to get to know each other and ask questions. The tour leader, David, absolutely made the trip. He was very knowledgable and professional, all whilst remaining fun and down to earth. David was also approachable and resolved any issues to make sure everyone was enjoying the trip. He was full of ideas and advice on what to do in every place we visited, which I greatly appreciated. The transport between destinations ran very smoothly. All of the hostels we stayed in were great, bar one, but Euroventure have taken this into consideration and I don't think will be using again. All in all, I had the most amazing experience. The other people in my group were all fantastic and we will definitely be keeping in touch! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic 3 week group trip from Berlin to Split, Croatia. Everything was planned so there was no stress involved in travel and accommodation, and great included activities. Our tour leader David was excellent as well, he was highly knowledgeable and approachable, would definitely recommend and would 100% do it again.

Wanted to go interrailing but had no idea where to start on my own. Also wanted to meet new people and make friends so I chose a group tour. The entire trip was a highlight, it's hard to chose just one thing. Included activities made it feel good value for money, it was perfect! Felt like Tolly was just part of the group! Really liked having him as our tour leader.

I loved meeting everyone and getting to explore the cities. The highlight of my trip was Sarajevo, as the rich history of the city really helped give me an insight into the war I did not know much about. I had been travelling alone and I wanted a group of people whom I could share the experience with. Our Tour Leader David was always going above and beyond to make sure we were safe, happy and enjoying the trip.

I booked the Balkan tour back in May of this year, which I cannot stop raving about! A stress-free and well organised trip with a tour leader who went above and beyond to support and guide the group (credits must go to David OShea.)! I have and will continue to recommend Euroventure to anyone thinking about travelling with a group, as you have a wonderful time meeting new people and making new friends! The tours are also great for getting your moneys worth, as the itineraries are packed with so many exciting places to see and activities to do!

Doing the 3 week bohemian group tour was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made! Some of the countries we visited If travelling alone I would have never normally chose to visit but they were definitely worth it i.e. Sarajevo & Kotor. They were amazing places to see. It was also really relaxed by having somebody else organise the trips and travel. By far my favourite part of it all was meeting the vast amount of people on the trip and getting to know them all individually, who I would now class as good friends! Shoutout to Teya who was amazing and is 100% made for the role! Considering it was her first trip as tour leader she did an amazing job of getting us from country to country and to each activity. She was always happy and open for a chat with everybody and was generally more like another person on the tour! :)

I would definitely say that doing a Euroventure trip was the best thing I have ever done, I did the Bohemian 3 week group tour and I absolutely loved it, and will definitely be doing another trip with Euroventure! It is such great value for money, with accommodation, travel to the different cities, activities and even the public transport in the city included in the price! I have made such amazing memories, and have met some incredible group members, who have quickly become close friends. I had an amazing group leader, Teya, who was so friendly and amazing, making sure everyone had a great time and took away the stress of travelling, by making sure we never missed a train/bus. Thank you group 2022 for everything, and thank you Euroventure for making this possible !

I participated in the three-week Bohemian Europe Group. It was an incredible trip and an excellent opportunity to cover eight countries in a short window. The decision to participate in a group tour enabled me to make friends easier to have people join me for the various activities I wanted to do. At the same time, I had ample space to wander off solo when I wanted the freedom to spend time alone. Additionally, by utilizing Euroventures, I was happy to have someone else manage the logistics planning of the travel (my least favorite part of traveling). Teya, the group leader for the tour, was great in helping coordinate all the various activities and was a true professional when the unexpected came up. I would definitely recommend this trip! Thank you, Euroventures, for a great three weeks!

I did the 3 week bohemian Europe tour and it was amazing! Teya was an incredible group leader, problem solver and friend to all of us throughout the trip. We visited amazing destinations and had great activities for each location, made even better by the complimentary welcome drinks in each new city! I definitely recommend booking a trip with Euroventure!!

This was my second tour with Euroventure and I can't complain about anything - they are a great team who organise everything for you and can answer any questions you might have about the trip, what's included, how to get to hostels and activities etc. Having David, the tour leader, with us took away the stress of making sure we got to places/transfers on time and keeping our tickets etc safe. He was a brilliant leader who made the effort to get to know each of us in the group individually and aimed to help the group get to know each other too. Going on a tour has been great for meeting new people who I hope to stay in touch with in the future, and it means that we grew to trust each other and had loads of fun! Would highly recommend going on a tour, whichever one you choose - but make sure it's with Euroventure!

I have had the best two weeks on the Eastern European/Balkans tour with David. From initially booking with the company, I had a great help from Richard. He answered all my questions and eased my nerves as it was my first time backpacking as well as staying in hostels. They have honestly been brilliant and I have not been nervous at all. I felt very welcomed into the group when I started my tour and have loved the freedom to explore different countries. David has been great with organising activities and making sure the group is happy as well as giving advice on places to visit in your free time. He is also great at picking out bars! The places that I have been have been amazing.

Finished the 3 week eastern europe tour and had the best time ever! David knew plenty of useful things about each city and made everything stress free. Would 100% recommend Euroventire to anyone, especially the group tours!

Last summer (2023) I was lucky enough to join a trip with Travel for Teens to Prague, Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. As an 18-year-old traveler, it was important for me to find a company that could cater to my age group and interests, and Travel for Teens more than exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived in Prague, I could tell that I was in good hands. The itinerary was packed with amazing experiences that I don't think I could have gotten anywhere else. It was clear that Travel for Teens had done their research and put together a trip that was both unique and exciting. One of the things that really stood out to me was the variety of activities we got to do. One day we were exploring Prague’s winding cobblestone streets, and the next we were whitewater rafting through the rivers in Bled, Slovenia. Each day felt like a new adventure, and I loved that we got to see and experience so much in such a short amount of time. Another thing that made this trip so special was the people. Our counselors were fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and always there to answer our questions. But what really stood out to me was the opportunity to form lifelong friendships with the other older teens on the trip. From day one, we were encouraged to get to know our fellow travelers and break out of our comfort zones. Through team-building activities, group dinners, and shared experiences, we formed bonds that will last a lifetime. What impressed me most was the maturity level of my fellow travelers. We were all there to have fun and get to know each other, but we were also respectful and responsible. Our trip leaders trusted us and gave us enough freedom to explore on our own, but also made sure we were safe and accounted for. It was so cool to meet other teens from all over the world who shared my love of travel and adventure. We all quickly became friends and had a blast exploring together. Overall, I can't recommend Travel for Teens enough. This trip was such a unique experience traveling to countries I otherwise would not have visited and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it. If you're an older teen looking for an unforgettable travel experience, definitely check them out. You won't regret it !!

For my second trip in Travel for Teens I wanted a less common experience traveling in Europe then I did the previous year going to Italy, Spain, and France. I choose to explore beautiful countries and cities of Prague, Vienna, Slovenia and Croatia. The entire trip was a dream from start to finish. The friendships started in the airport and still continue on two years later, visiting each other at college. The counselors were so supportive with our decisions and tried their best to accommodate every request. This trip was the perfect balance of outdoor adventures and beautiful cities. The trip was rich in history, along with beautiful views, and amazing cuisine.

This trip was the perfect blend of culture, adventure, down time, history, and nature! TFT's greatest strength, in my opinion, is their ability to fill itineraries with something for everyone. Slovenia hadn't really been on my travel radar, and I didn't know much about the country before going. However, after the time we spent there I'm convinced it's one of the most beautiful places in the world (see the picture below)! The staff were accommodating and very knowledgable, both about the countries we were in and travel in general. I never felt like a tourist. We always had heightened experiences that I never would have been able to plan myself. TFT has an amazing long standing network of friends and relationships around the globe, strengthened from all of the years they've done these trips. Being a trip for older teens, we had the perfect amount of free time and ability to explore on our own, if we chose to. There were times I forgot I was even on a trip with counselors, as I walked down the streets of Dubrovnik with one or two campers looking for a lunch spot. Activities ranged from exploring Prague's ancient libraries, shopping the streets of Split, and swimming in the beautiful Lake Bled. Even traveling between countries was a treat. The bus ride from Slovenia to Croatia was stunning, with mountains and crystal clear lakes around every corner. Sign up for this trip!! You will love it!!

This past summer, I had the ability to travel with Travel for Teens to the beautiful countries and cities of Prague, Vienna, Slovenia and Croatia. The experiences I had while on this trip is one I will never forget. From meeting friends that will last a lifetime to seeing sights unimaginable, my entire trip was beyond amazing. From a biking tour through the beautiful city of Prague, to seeing breathtaking castles in Vienna, and swimming in the clearest water in Slovenia, the adventures and sights I saw while on this trip were ones that will forever be some of the most beautiful places I have seen. The counselors were great in helping us learn about the culture and making us feel like travelers, not tourists. I wish I could do this trip again.
