4H Norway is a vibrant, youth-driven organization with over 10,000 members across 450 clubs nationwide. It empowers young people aged 10-26 to develop skills, build community, and engage with nature. Members shape their own experiences, from choosing projects to participating in camps and leadership courses. There are no academic requirements to join—just a desire to learn and grow. Each member undertakes an annual project in areas like technology, health, nature, or entrepreneurship. Guided by the motto "learning by doing," these projects provide practical, hands-on learning.
