Enter the kitchen of Italian families through this highly enriching special course in Orbetello! Prepare traditional dishes with your own hands. And then dine on these with some local wines. The Cuisine and Wine Trail takes place in the Tuscan Maremma, one of Italy’s regions where the food industry leans more towards organic production processes and finds a natural ally in the most ancient tradition of Mediterranean cuisine and winemaking. This course comes with the following: * 20 hours of Italian language, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * An afternoon workshop on typical Mediterranean cuisine, wherein the dishes are shared with the host family at dinner time * Visit to a fish farm on the Laguna di Orbetello, with dinner of typical local dishes at a fisherman's restaurant * Day excursion to the Isola del Giglio (possibility of trekking, visit to a medieval town, fish lunch at a restaurant by the beach, swimming in the sea) * Visit to an organic food farm, with local foods and wine tasting
