Reach Cambridge was a completely new experience for me, especially as someone who had never attended a summer camp abroad before. It was truly unforgettable — not only did it enrich me academically, but it also strengthened my confidence in pursuing a medical pathway. Beyond the classroom, I had the chance to connect with people from all over the world and experience their cultures, making it even more meaningful. I really enjoyed the activities arranged for us, where we were encouraged to interact with new people, and make new friends. I would say it truly gave me a college experience I hadn't had up to this point in my educational career.

I had such a great time at Lite Regal Education Summer School 2025 The Intensive English course really helped my English improve a lot in such a short time. I also met so many new friends from different countries everyone was super kind and friendly.

Before my study abroad journey, I was filled with excitement, mostly about the idea of being in a new country and soaking in a different culture. I had high hopes, but honestly, both London and the IES Abroad program exceeded every expectation I had. Of course, I got to experience all the iconic London attractions you dream about: the London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace—every postcard landmark was just as magical in real life. But what really surprised me was how much more there was beyond the tourist side. One of the most unforgettable experiences was a trip organised by IES to the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It’s not a place I would’ve ever put on my personal travel itinerary, but it ended up being one of the highlights of my entire time abroad. That trip showed me a completely different side of the UK, natural, historical, and deeply beautiful. While most people think of study abroad as all about travel and adventure (which it definitely is), I have to highlight how incredible the academic side was, too. The classes were intellectually engaging, and the professors brought a whole new perspective to learning. What I loved most was how they incorporated the city and our experiences into the classroom. We went to art galleries, had community volunteering placements, and brought real-life news to discuss in class that made learning feel holistic and alive. If I had the chance, I would absolutely do it all over again.

My daughter, Calista (16) from Cyprus, attended Lite Regal’s 3-week Medical School Preparation program in Cambridge, and it was an unforgettable experience! The 2-week Medical Taster Course covered anatomy, clinical skills, and medical ethics, with expert tutors who made learning engaging. The highlight was the 1-week hospital shadowing in a London hospital, where she observed real doctors and gained hands-on insight into the medical field. She stayed in Hughes Hall College, Cambridge, in a comfortable en-suite room, which made her experience even more enjoyable. Outside of lessons, she loved exploring Cambridge, punting on the River Cam, attending social events, and going on weekend trips. The program was well-organized, inspiring, and gave her a real taste of medical school life. Highly recommended for any aspiring doctor! Attending the Lite Regal Education Engineering Preparation program was an incredible experience! Over the two weeks, I gained hands-on experience, explored various engineering disciplines, and worked on exciting projects that deepened my understanding of the field. As an 18-year-old student from Greece, studying a 2-week Engineering Preparation Course with Lite Regal Education at Hugh’s Hall College, University of Cambridge, was an incredible experience. The program provided a perfect introduction to engineering, covering topics such as mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering through interactive lectures and hands-on projects. The instructors, many of whom had Cambridge and Oxford backgrounds, were inspiring and always encouraged critical thinking. Living in Hugh’s Hall College dorms made the experience even more immersive. The historic college setting, excellent study facilities, and vibrant international community made me feel like a real Cambridge student. The accommodation was comfortable, and sharing meals with students from around the world created a great sense of camaraderie. Beyond academics, Lite Regal Education organized exciting extracurricular activities, including punting, college tours, and social evenings, allowing us to explore Cambridge’s rich history and culture. Guest lectures from industry professionals provided valuable career insights, making the experience truly well-rounded. Overall, this course deepened my passion for engineering, developed my skills, and gave me a true taste of university life. I had a great time studying abroad in London! My program was theater focused and my professors were very knowledgeable. My program planned many fun weekend trips and the admin made sure to also host small events too. I felt supported throughout it all. I would highly recommend IES Abroad.

Reach Cambridge was by far the most wonderful, interesting and inspiring experience I have ever done: it all started as an opportunity to learn about new things in the science field, but in the end it also gave me a taste of what studying at Cambridge University looks like and allowed me to get to know new incredible people from all over the world. I attended the STEM course, and as someone who wanted to clear their mind about college decisions by getting a taste of each of the major scientific disciplines, this was undoubtedly the best choice I could make. What I liked the most about this course is that it allowed me to change classes and teachers every few days, which gave me the opportunity of knowing new incredible people even from other colleges while also forging strong friendships with my actual STEM classmates. I also found experiencing very different teaching and learning styles extremely useful for my future. But what I enjoyed most other than the STEM course were the activities the amazing Reach Cambridge staff organised: from postcard making to t-shirt panting, from punting on the river to a super fun graduation party at the end of the program, there was absolutely no time to get bored! Weekends were also incredibly busy and fun: we got to visit Hampton Court Palace and to attend an original Shakespeare play in the actual Globe theatre in London! So overall, I can say I would definitely go back to Reach for a second summer experience, and I would absolutely recommend other people my age to try it!

Studying abroad with IES allowed me to have an unforgettable semester in London! I was a part of the Direct Enrollment program at University College London (UCL), and IES helped me through all parts of the process, from the application, my arrival, and during my time in London.

Reach Cambridge was a great experience for me because I could meet many people from all around the world and make lots of new friends. Living in one of the colleges of Cambridge and taking academically orientated classes was also good to experience and prepare for university life.

Law, It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life and there is no doubt that it is a really important memory for me. I had the chance to learn about law, a law completely different compared to my country’s. I had the chance to actually visit multiple courts and observe cases. I had the chance to practice law myself, either in the classroom or the court. I met so many people, from all over the world, who I will never ever forget. Even if I met them 2 weeks ago or maybe less, they really feel like a family to me. If I had the chance I would do all over again!

The experience in the Reach Cambridge program was one that will stay with me. The lessons allowed me to look at psychology as a whole, get to know new aspects of it and solidify what the best choices for me are going into university. Above all, I got the chance to meet and make connections with amazing people from all around the world. I never felt alone since I found my community but I also created a new one here with the other students and the staff. Reach Cambridge you’re going to be missed but you gave me confidence for what I’m doing next.

I had a really amazing experience on the Reach Cambridge Program and met so many awesome people. I did the medicine and life sciences program which was really interesting, well-paced and really interactive. I also did the pre-hospital and emergency medicine taster course which was really informative and fun. We also got lots of time to explore the city of Cambridge and meet people in other classes. Everyone on the program has been really welcoming, the staff are lovely and I've made some really amazing friends here. I would really recommend this program to any young person looking for an amazing experience.

This was one of the best experiences of my life. I made amazing and intense bonds and connections with people that will last. The education has been fantastic and I’ve learned such a high caliber of knowledge in my field.

My Reach Cambridge experience was one of the most fun I’ve ever had in two weeks! It was the perfect mix of free time and engaging activities for me. Also, I got to meet really diverse, amazing people who I can’t wait to keep in contact with.

This was honestly an experience I will never forget. On the day I arrived I was a bit shy but after talking with people I realized we were all in the same boat. I have learnt a lot about peoples different cultures and their livelihoods. I have made lifelong friends from all over the world! And finally I have met supervisors and teachers who made me feel safe and comfortable.

Reach Cambridge was without a doubt the best experience of my life. I enjoyed the freedom it provided, while being gently introduced to what university life is like. I made some lifelong friends from all over the world, and got to have many interesting debates and discussions in my classes that helped me open my mind, change my viewpoint and sometimes challenge my way of thinking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to everyone and anyone, and the weather was beautiful as well!
