Ecology Study Abroad Programs in Valparaiso, Chile

Appreciate the vast expanse of the countryside just outside Edinburgh, soak in the sun while lounging by the beach in an Andalusian city in southern Spain, or explore the vast nature of Chile! Adelante Abroad provides students with study-abroad options in Edinburgh, Scotland, Seville, Spain, and Chile. Adelante offers two options for studying abroad in Seville, Spain: Option 1: 3 weeks of contemporary Spanish culture & Society courses (in Spanish) In Scotland, students may take on a 4-week Golf or Equine program. The Equine Program includes courses in equine anatomy and physiology, as well as equine fitness. In contrast, the Golf Program consists of the history of golf, golf coaching, and playtime at some of Scotland's famous courses. In Chile, students may choose between a 3-week winery program with Spanish classes included or an Astronomy Observation and Research program. The Winery program includes visits to Chilean vineyards, deep diving into the wine-making process, along with Spanish immersion. We've had programs in Valparaíso and Viña del Mar since 1996, the first Latin American site for our programs! Affectionately known as Valpo and Viña, these two sister cities are located halfway down Chile's endless coastline. You will get the best of both worlds as each city offers a unique and different experience. Viña is known for its modernity and beautiful beaches, which attract tourists from all over the world. On the other hand, Valpo is a historic port city covered in tasteful graffiti art and singing colorful hills. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Valpo has a charm that is like no other. We offer you the chance to sign up for an intensive month, semester, back-to-back, or summer study program in Chile! You will take courses in Spanish, ideal for your proficiency level, as well as in English. Our partner schools are the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where you will attend classes with locals only or with both local and international students. Apart from studying at a university in Chile, you are encouraged to visit any of our offices in Valparaíso and Viña del Mar.
