This is an ideal adventure trip for passionate hikers and globetrotters who can trek for at least 7–8 hours on rugged mountain terrain. Excellent health combined with strong determination and a positive attitude will help you complete the expedition successfully. We recommend getting involved in physical activities, such as running and swimming, a few months before joining the trip. Previous hiking experience and technical skills are great assets but not required.
