What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, we only charge what hotels charge us. The rest is returned to clients, less bank transfer charges, within 90–180 days as indicated below:• Between 0–7 days before the safari date – 100% is charged.• Between 8–35 days before the safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending on the lodge/camp.• Between 36–60 days – 10% is charged.• 60 days and over – full payment refunded, less bank

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and mobile money. Please contact us for specific details. A deposit is required as indicated below to confirm a reservation as per the requested itinerary, with the balance payable 60 days prior to the safari or accommodation date: • 10% deposit per person for one-day safari tours• 20% deposit per person for 2–3 day safari tours• 30% deposit per person

Well deserved holiday went well more that imagined

Team led by William were very instrumental in the planning and advice if the best family itinerary. Our driver Moses, very entertaining, friendly and accommodative to our children many questions answering all. Climax was at Masai mara watching the wildebeest in thousands while Amboseli was so cool and morning refreshing watching Mount Kilimanjaro while having breakfast.
