You can book a safari by visiting our website, using the Inquiry form and navigating to the ‘Safaris’ section, or by contacting our customer service team directly via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and mobile money. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for specific details. We require a deposit as indicated below to confirm the reservation as per the requested itinerary and balance payable 60 days before the safari or accommodation date.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us, and the rest is returned to clients, less bank transfer charges, within 90-180 days as indicated below:
• Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged.
• Between 8 – 35 days before safari, 25% or 50% is charged, depending on the lodge/camp.
• Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged.
• 60 days and over – full payment refunded, fewer bank fees.
