What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and mobile money. Please contact us for specific details. We require deposit as indicated below to confirm reservation as per the requested itinerary and balance payable 60 days prior to the safari or accommodation date. 10% deposit per person for one day safari tours 20% deposit per person for 2-3 day safari tours 30% deposit per person

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us and the rest returned to clients less bank transfer charges within 90-180 days as indicated below: • Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged. • Between 8 – 35 days before safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending on the lodge/camp. • Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged. • 60 days and over – full payment refunded fewer bank
