What inspired you to work for Korvia?
Previous experience of my own. I once also was a candidate who was looking for a job position in the US. I also went through an agency to find a position and to get ready for the visa. Due to this reason, I understand how hard it is to go through the necessary process to get a job abroad. Which naturally made me try my best with communication.
What advice would you tell your pre-travel self?
If you are going on a long term trip, I highly recommend double, and triple check if you are ready with all the legal documents. Not only about a passport, but things to prove yourself in many legal ways. Other than that, Money is definitely one of the factors too. Setting a budget for yourself will help you to set a better plan.

Our company's one and only mission will be helping candidates to complete job search successfully. We do not request for fees to use our company, but provide the most qualified service to candidates. I personally believe communication is the key to keep it this way. We always respond to candidates within 1~3 business days.
What do you hope participants take away from your programs?
We always hope candidates will be successful in getting job positions they are proud of. Again that is the reason why we believe communication is the key to our goal. The world is big and there are so many different cultures outside your home country. Traveling abroad will make you open your eyes and think width. This is not only for a teaching job, but for your lifestyle.
Traveling abroad will turn your life around and will bring you so many opportunities in all fields. Travel around, experience new cultures, and tell your stories to others. You will be in the center of attention all the time.
What does meaningful travel mean to you?
There will be a lot of different ways to have a meaningful trip. For some, meaningful travel will be experiencing new cultures and learning from it. For others, meaningful travel will be earning unforgettable memories of that period. To me, meaningful travel will be meeting new friends and sharing cultures with them.
How is your company handling Covid protocols? What should participants know about your Covid readiness? How are you assisting participants with navigating the new travel landscape?
Our company is located in the middle of Seoul, Gangnam where a huge number of people come and go. For a short period of time, we had to work at home. However, for most of the period we came to the office and dealt with documents for candidates.
We have never stopped, but always try our best to continue their successful process. We also posted up to date news regarding entrance regulation for Covid-19. We have used many different tools to do so, such as sending emails or hosting webinars.
