This former Field Guide Level 1 course offers expert guidance from seasoned leaders and covers essential basics of Southern Africa’s flora and fauna. The program emphasizes hands-on training in the wild, preparing you to conserve the African wilderness's beauty. You will master orientation and navigation techniques, including using constellations for positioning, handling a cross-country vehicle, and safely navigating rough terrain. You'll also gain skills in tracking, analyzing animal behavior, and identifying local wildlife and plant species. Experience nights under the stunning starry sky; gather around the campfire with fellow adventure seekers; and create unforgettable memories in the bush.

This exciting safari offers the perfect blend of Southern Africa’s most iconic destinations. Starting in Windhoek, the journey begins with a four-day exploration of Etosha National Park, one of Namibia’s largest and most renowned wildlife reserves. Known for its vast landscapes and abundant wildlife, Etosha promises incredible game drives and memorable encounters with Africa’s iconic species. Next, the adventure takes you to the Caprivi Strip, where you’ll discover the lesser-known Bwabwata and Mahango National Parks, along with the mighty Okavango, Kwando, and Zambezi Rivers. This region offers unique wildlife experiences, including boat cruises along the rivers. The tour continues with a visit to Chobe National Park in Botswana, renowned for its elephant herds and riverfront game drives. The journey concludes at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, where the majestic waterfall and surrounding wildlife complete your African adventure. Journey through the diverse landscapes of Botswana on a 9-day mobile safari that takes you deep into the heart of the country's most iconic wildlife reserves. This unique safari experience starts in the lush Okavango Delta, traverses the striking landscapes of Moremi Game Reserve, and explores the wildlife-rich Savuti region and the Chobe National Park's riverfront. Over nine days, participants will stay in private, unfenced campsites and enjoy guided game drives, mokoro excursions, and boat tours, all while being catered to by a dedicated camp staff.
