The consulting project is a real experience that really helped me to improve my business skills. Housing is in a convenient location and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We Find Group has been helping our team to understand the project and to work as real consultants.

What inspired you to travel abroad?
I began as an intern for We Find Group (WFG) nearly four years ago and have been working for the company ever since! I began as a recruitment consulting intern in Madrid, during the summer of 2013. During that internship, I worked on the recruitment side of WFG, while working to create the ideal international internship program. I’d seen some of the issues that could arise when interning abroad and I wanted to make the student experience of interning abroad was as easy, engaging, and enjoyable as possible!

What inspired you to travel abroad?
The company seemed to be quite diverse and globally connected. During my own studies, my one regret was never taking the opportunity of undertaking an overseas internship and making valuable contacts in the international business world. I found this opportunity would be rewarding in exposing students to an international working environment, new language abilities and, for many, a different culture in where they would gain practical skills and useful connections.
