Science Teacher in an International School
Program Overview
Changsha International School is hiring a dedicated Science Teacher to join our team in August 2025. Located in Changsha City, Hunan Province, our school follows the Cambridge Curriculum and serves students aged 12–15. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Position Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Biology, Chemistry, or Science Education)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a middle school setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and creating a positive learning environment
• Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum is a plus, but not required
• Team-oriented, flexible, and ready to contribute to a multicultural school community
Benefits Include:
• Salary: 20,000–25,000 RMB (after tax)
• Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB (covers a 2-bedroom apartment near school)
• Free tuition for up to two children
• Health insurance and additional benefits per school policy
