Community Volunteering at Christmas in Zambia

Volunteer and work on a project with local communities this Christmas, and help those a lot less fortunate than you! The project works with disadvantaged children and adults in a number of communities located near Livingstone in Zambia. The mornings are spent supporting kids on a break from school. The project runs a holiday club for up to 100 children. The school also tops up lessons with a class that takes place a few hours each day, giving children extra tuition they badly need. Afternoons are spent focusing on other activities in the community. The project also support adults through farming initiatives, a literacy club, and work in an old people's home.
