International Relief Friendship Foundation:Volunteer Program

The International Relief Friendship Foundation (IRFF) is governed by an International Board of Directors, which meets bi-annually to review the organization’s status and plan future activities. Daily operations are managed by the Executive Director, who focuses on financial health, supporting chapters, and expanding global networks. National chapters operate independently, managing their own projects and finances. They are led by Board-appointed Representatives who ensure the chapters adhere to IRFF's By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation. These chapters regularly report to the International Board and Executive Director. IRFF also requires volunteers for disaster recovery.
