We will take your comments into account, especially regarding punctuality and making sure classes start on time, as well as ensuring that breaks last only the scheduled duration. While breaks are important to help students stay focused, we agree that they should be properly managed. Regarding assessments, we do have level exams in place. These are typically taken at the end of each level (usually every 4 weeks, after completing a book). As your stay was shorter, it’s likely you didn’t reach that stage, which is why you may not have experienced an exam. We also appreciate your note about time spent on online materials in class, and we’ll continue working with our academic team to ensure class time is used as effectively as possible. We’re truly happy to hear that your daughter enjoyed her time in Málaga and made new friends during the camp – that’s one of our main goals, and it’s lovely to know she had a positive social experience. We are, however, sorry to hear that certain aspects of her stay did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to address both of your concerns. Regarding the airport transfer service, we want to clarify that this is a personalized service organized by the school, designed to ensure students are transported safely and directly to and from the accommodation. While the return transfer was indeed carried out by a professional taxi service, the fee charged covers not only the transport itself but also the coordination, availability, and assurance of a punctual and trusted service. That said, we completely understand your concern, and we sincerely regret that your daughter felt unsure at the airport. We will certainly take this into account and explore ways to improve the return experience to make it clearer and more supportive for younger students. As for the food, we are sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we take nutrition and quality very seriously, especially when caring for young students. The menu at the residence is varied and follows the principles of the Mediterranean diet, with daily-cooked meals including a wide range of vegetables, different protein options, and carbohydrates to ensure a balanced and healthy intake. For breakfast, students have access to a full buffet, including juices, lactose and non-lactose milk, eggs, bacon, various breads, cheese, cold cuts, jams, pastries, coffee, tea, fruits, and yoghurt. For lunch and dinner, they are offered two courses and a salad buffet, with daily options such as veggie soups, pastas, stews, grilled meats, fish, and sides like rice or mashed potatoes – always accompanied by fruit or yoghurt for dessert. Thank you again for your comments – they are extremely valuable to us as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our students and their families. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome your daughter back in the future and offer an experience that exceeds expectations in every way.
