We’re truly happy to hear that your daughter enjoyed her time in Málaga and made new friends during the camp – that’s one of our main goals, and it’s lovely to know she had a positive social experience. We are, however, sorry to hear that certain aspects of her stay did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to address both of your concerns. Regarding the airport transfer service, we want to clarify that this is a personalized service organized by the school, designed to ensure students are transported safely and directly to and from the accommodation. While the return transfer was indeed carried out by a professional taxi service, the fee charged covers not only the transport itself but also the coordination, availability, and assurance of a punctual and trusted service. That said, we completely understand your concern, and we sincerely regret that your daughter felt unsure at the airport. We will certainly take this into account and explore ways to improve the return experience to make it clearer and more supportive for younger students. As for the food, we are sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we take nutrition and quality very seriously, especially when caring for young students. The menu at the residence is varied and follows the principles of the Mediterranean diet, with daily-cooked meals including a wide range of vegetables, different protein options, and carbohydrates to ensure a balanced and healthy intake. For breakfast, students have access to a full buffet, including juices, lactose and non-lactose milk, eggs, bacon, various breads, cheese, cold cuts, jams, pastries, coffee, tea, fruits, and yoghurt. For lunch and dinner, they are offered two courses and a salad buffet, with daily options such as veggie soups, pastas, stews, grilled meats, fish, and sides like rice or mashed potatoes – always accompanied by fruit or yoghurt for dessert. Thank you again for your comments – they are extremely valuable to us as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our students and their families.
