Dear Giulia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We’re glad to hear that you were happy with the teaching and room quality, and that you found the food quality and variety adequate. Regarding the extracurricular activities, we’d just like to clarify that the programme you participated in is a closed programme, which means that the activities and excursions are planned in advance and cannot be individually chosen by participants. That said, we completely understand your point about being so close to Málaga city centre and the opportunities this offers. We’ll definitely take this feedback into consideration when planning future editions of the programme, particularly when looking at how we can provide a little more flexibility while still maintaining the structure and supervision of the programme. Thanks again for your feedback — it’s really helpful for us as we continue improving! ¡Un abrazo!

Dear Henryk, thank you so much for sharing such an honest and heartfelt review! We’re really happy to hear that you had such a fun and memorable four weeks. That’s exactly what we hope our students take away from their experience! We’re sorry that the food didn’t live up to your expectations. We know how important food is when you’re spending several weeks away from home, so we really appreciate your honest feedback. We’ll definitely take your comments into account when looking at how we can improve the programme and the overall student experience. Most importantly, we’re delighted that you look back on your time in Málaga with joy. Thank you for being part of our camp — it was a pleasure having you with us!

Dear Alexander, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding Leonid’s recent Summer Camp experience. We are sorry to hear that the program did not meet his expectations and, of course, we take your comments very seriously. We are particularly sorry to hear that Leonid did not feel that he benefited sufficiently from the academic component of the program. We would have very much appreciated the opportunity for Leonid to share his concerns with our onsite team during the program. Our staff are always available and happy to listen to students’ concerns, answer questions, and help address any issues they may be experiencing while they are with us. In fact, the support provided by our onsite team has been rated 9.7/10 in our student feedback. While we are pleased that this has been the experience for the majority of our students, we are genuinely sorry that Leonid did not feel the same way. Had we been aware that he was feeling dissatisfied with the academic experience, we would have addressed the situation as soon as possible and done our best to support him. Regarding the use of English, we fully understand your expectations around creating an immersive Spanish-speaking environment. This is indeed one of the main objectives of our Summer Camp, and we continuously encourage students to communicate in Spanish whenever possible. At the same time, as the camp brings together students from different backgrounds and levels, we cannot completely prevent them from using English when communicating with one another, particularly during their free time. We appreciate you sharing your concerns regarding the organization, educational component, and overall value of the experience. We will take your feedback into consideration and review these points with our Summer Camp team as we continue to evaluate and improve our programs. We are sorry that Leonid’s experience did not correspond to what you had hoped for, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Saludos cordiales.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback about Ayla’s experience. We’re really happy to hear that she had a good time, made new friends and enjoyed her stay with us in Málaga. We really appreciate you highlighting these points. We agree that encouraging students to speak more Spanish with each other is an important part of the experience, and we’ll look at ways to reinforce this. We’re also sorry that Ayla found the vegetarian options limited on some occasions. We’ll definitely share this with our team so we can make sure there are more varied and enjoyable choices for vegetarian students. We’re also sorry about the confusion regarding the textbook. We’ll look into what happened, as the materials should have been provided as part of the programme. Thanks again for your honest feedback. It’s genuinely helpful to us, and we’ll take your comments on board as we continue working to make the experience even better for our students.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that your son had an overall positive experience and enjoyed the programme and the people he met. We’re sorry to hear that he wasn’t happy with the food and, especially, that he felt unwell towards the end of his stay. We understand how disappointing that must have been, particularly during his last few days. We take our students’ feedback about meals seriously and will certainly share your comments with our catering team as we look for ways to improve the quality and variety of the food. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for trusting us with your son’s experience in Málaga!

¡Hola, familia Pham! Thank you so much for sharing this — it truly warms our hearts! We know how big a step it is to send your kids all the way from the USA to Madrid on their own, so hearing that your initial worries turned into peace of mind because everything felt organized and easy means so much to us. We're so happy they've come home with so many fun stories, and especially that they built such special friendships with campers from all over the world — that international connection is really at the heart of what we hope every camper experiences at Expanish. And knowing they'd tell anyone it was "the best summer ever" is the best compliment we could ask for! Thank you for trusting us with your kids for these 4 weeks. We hope to welcome Mya, Maia, and Nam Hoang back for another unforgettable summer soon! ¡Un fuerte abrazo!

¡Hola, Carissa! Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that Axel and Arthur had such a great time with us in Málaga! What you shared about their progress back at school made our day. Skipping two levels straight into Spanish 3 Honors is a huge accomplishment, and it's great to know the camp is already making the final AP year feel easier. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to our teachers and camp staff. They put so much heart into the speaking workshops, field trips, and activities, and knowing the boys keep thanking you for letting them come means a lot to the whole team. We'd love to welcome Axel and Arthur back to Málaga anytime. ¡Un fuerte abrazo para los tres!
