Since 1988, the mission of the Ecole Ritz Escoffier has been to pass on the skills, techniques and exacting standards of French cuisine. At the heart of the Ritz Paris kitchens, these Qualiopi-certified training programs are aimed at all those who wish to turn their passion for food into a profession - beginners, those undergoing professional retraining or future Chefs. Each discipline - cuisine, pastry-making, culinary arts - is taught in small groups through hands-on practice, with the consistency of professional training and the benefit of personalized attention. With an Ecole Ritz Escoffier diploma or certificate, you'll have every chance of becoming a professional Chef and building a career in the hotel, restaurant and food industries! In 2024: 48 students trained, 96,96% attendance rate, 97,92% examination pass rates.
