Program Overview
The Ritz Escoffier Culinary Arts Diploma is the school’s most comprehensive program, combining both the Cuisine and Pastry Diplomas into one elite training experience.
Over 28 weeks (840 hours), students progress through six levels—from foundational techniques to Haute Gastronomie and boutique pastry creations. Training is fully hands-on, led by our Chefs, and takes place in the Ritz school’s professional kitchens and pastry laboratory. The program includes an optional 8-week internship in the hotel’s culinary brigades.
Upon completion, graduates earn a prestigious diploma recognized worldwide in the culinary industry.
