What inspired you to work for Chipkoo Labs?
The dedication and commitment they have for their employer's improvement in everything they do. I am a person who loves to grow and Chipkoo Labs is a growing company which is perfect for me because I can grow while helping the company to grow, which is great.

Describe a typical day at work.
Most of the time, we have meetings in the morning. Then I do research on the task given to me to build understand so that I could get started on the task or carry on work at the task assigned to me. I send completed task to my line manager and wait for a feedback. Then, I edit the work I have done according to the feedback I got from my line manager.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Doing research. I love doing research because it always allows me to learn something new and also it helps me grow. By me growing, as said in the previous question, I get to help the company grow as well and if the company grows that means that the company will be successful. Since I am working for the company, I will also be successful, which is great.
What challenges do you often face and how do you overcome them?
The challenges I face often are not understanding what the task is about. I overcome this by doing a lot of research until I understand what exactly the task is about. Other times, a lot of tasks being assigned to me at once and can not figure out how to complete them one time.
To overcome this I categorize the tasks assigned to me from the smallest to the largest task and I do them in that order. That way I can complete the short tasks quickly and effectively and after that I can focus on the large tasks and complete them as quickly and effectively as possible.

What hopes do you have for the future for Chipkoo Labs?
I am hoping that with the skills and knowledge I have gained at Chipkoo Labs, I can help them grow and become one of the best, or even, the best internship provider in the world. I hope that in the future they will not only provide internships to students but also provide apprenticeship to students.
What is Chipkoo Labs’ mission and how do you continue to work toward it?
Chipkoo Labs’ Mission is to empower and equip 1 million learners with the key employability skills needed for a successful career by the end of 2025. We are working towards this mission by doing research at the same time by contacting and building partnerships around the world. We connect with universities, startups, strategic partnerships and more so that we can empower more students and provide internships that will benefit all.
What do you hope participants take away from your programs?
We hope that our participants will be able to gain knowledge and experience from our programs that will enable them to use the skills they gain from our programs in the workplace and therefore become successful in everything they do. In turn, the company will also be successful.

Why is it important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures?
It is important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures because they can learn different ways of approaching situations in life depending on the different cultures they experience.
By having this experience, they will have the ability to approach any situation with different approaches. This will give them more options to do things which will make life easier for them since they will have different approaches to use for different situations.
Why do you think learning a new language is important?
Learning a new language is important because you will be able to interact with everyone you meet. You will also be able to work with anyone without having to worry about them speaking a different language than you.
What advice do you have for individuals thinking about going abroad?
The advice I have for people who are thinking about going abroad is to learn the language and culture of that country they are going to. This will give them the opportunity to enjoy the time they will have in that country and it will help them make new friends and see the world from different angles.
What does meaningful travel mean to you?
Meaningful travel for me is when, at the end of my trip, I learn a new culture, make new friends, and, possibly, learn a new language whether that might be basics, intermediate, or advanced language.
