What inspired you to work for Chipkoo?
Knowing the difference I can make for people. Let me explain. I have experienced what it’s like to not be employed with no experience and my company gave the guidance that I needed. Chipkoo was eager for a brighter future and wanted to be part of that. The support you get from working at Chipkoo is amazing and wouldn’t change that one bit.

I join a morning meeting to catch up with what has and what needs to be done, then we sort out what needs to be done. Later, I complete my tasks and if I need help understanding, I text my supervisor and let her know any updates or changes.
Why do you do what you do?
Honestly, I do what I do to make a difference on people’s lives in a good way. That’s what makes the biggest impact to me. No one would work somewhere if there weren’t happy. but I’m happy were I work and proud were I work.

The more you put in, the more you understand and the more you search, the brighter the timeline. I sound critical, but the more effort you put in something the better the outcome.
