What inspired you to work for Chipkoo Labs?
I was inspired to work for Chipkoo Labs because of the values and vision they have. I believe in the company's business model and think that it can benefit students as well.
Describe a typical day at work.
Working at Chipkoo Labs, each day is different. As a web developer, I'm expected to work on different aspects of the website. I occasionally encounter difficulties, but I enjoy the challenge. At Chipkoo Labs, my day will normally start with a team meeting, where we discuss the business's status and what staff members are working on.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is that I get to do what I love to do in the comfort of my home. Also the company culture is very good. That's something I value very much.
How do you use your education and international background in your current role?
My education taught me a lot about programming languages. I also experienced using different programming languages. This helps me a lot when I'm developing the Chipkoo Labs website.
What makes Chipkoo Laps special?
We, at Chipkoo Labs, have our own ideas and visions which we combined together to provide a great, fun, challenging experience for our learners. Due to this, Chipkoo Labs has become much more successful in the short span of a year.

Why should someone choose Chipkoo Labs over competitors?
I believe people should choose our organization since we are unique. Not only do we offer internship programmes to candidates, we also offer mentoring sessions to help candidates get where they want to be in their career. Our mentors have many years of experience so they certainly have the expertise to help people.
What do you hope participants take away from your programs?
We hope to make sure each participant strengthens their skills depending on which program they select. Also we hope to give them the opportunity to learn new skills so that they become multiskilled which will benefit them in the future.
How do you help support participants?
My role in helping support participants is by training them on specific tools which we use. I make sure to give them a demo on how to use them effectively so that they can benefit from them.

Why do you think learning a new language is important?
Learning a new language is very important as it helps you understand people more easily, especially if English isn't their first language. You can learn more about people such as their culture and people within their community. It will also be beneficial if you know multiple languages because it makes communication easier when you're traveling around the world.
What advice do you have for individuals thinking about going abroad?
My advice would be to thoroughly research the destination you're looking to travel to. You don't want to go somewhere that isn't tourist friendly. Learn the language spoken in the country as it will help you navigate around and help you embrace their culture more. It can also open more opportunities for you.
What does meaningful travel mean to you?
In my opinion, meaningful travel means traveling to a location for a valid purpose. It could mean that you travel to enjoy your life, or to learn more about the country you're visiting or even to work on your career goals. Whatever it may be, it has to benefit you in some way.
