What inspired you to work for RVF International?

I consider that everyone should move abroad at least once in a lifetime, and of course, moving abroad can be very exciting and enriching, but it can also be very challenging and lonely. So the fact that there is a company to support you every step of the way, from the beginning to the end of your journey, truly inspired me to want to work for them.

What advice would you tell your pre-travel self?

Be open-minded and don't be scared to try new things. Every single change can be scary at the beginning but the attitude that we have is going to determine if we have a positive experience or a very bad one. Also, make the effort to integrate yourself: make new friends, embrace the culture, celebrate their traditions, and remember that this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Don't waste it!

Why should someone choose RVF International over competitors?

What makes our company truly unique is our genuine commitment to our clients. Everything we do is driven by our desire to ensure the most enjoyable experience for them. Every single person in our team is very passionate about traveling, and we believe that our enthusiasm shines through in our work.

What is your organization's mission and how do you continue to work toward it?

As mentioned earlier, our primary goal is to ensure that our clients are well taken care of and that their needs are adequately addressed throughout the entire process of relocating to another country. It is essential that, at the end of the year, we carefully listen to their feedback to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible service.

How do you help support participants?

At our organization, we recognize that the process of moving abroad is not inherently easy, and we are committed to supporting our participants every step of the way. From the outset, we inform them comprehensively about all the necessary documents, facilitating a smooth transition. We take the initiative to make appointments on their behalf and are readily available to address any questions or concerns they may have.

We aim to ensure that our participants feel genuinely taken care of throughout the entire journey. Having a deep understanding of the challenges associated with this decision, we empathize with our clients and strive to be a constant source of support. We believe in being there for them as much as possible, providing assistance and guidance to make their experience as seamless and positive as can be.

What do you hope participants take away from your programs?

I hope that they can truly enjoy this process. Despite the challenges that come with this experience, I want them to be able to say: "I successfully did it, and RVF was there for me every single time I needed assistance and I wish for more people to make the same decision and experience life abroad the way I have".

What hopes do you have for the future of your organization?

In the future, I hope RVF International maintains its commitment to excellent client service. I envision clients sensing our genuine care, and realizing that every action is taken with their best interests in mind. Our goal is to enhance and uphold standards, ensuring personalized and warm services, even as we grow.

Continuous improvement is key, and I anticipate refining processes to consistently deliver high-quality experiences. Ultimately, I see RVF International not just as a service provider but as a trusted partner offering outstanding, uniquely tailored solutions.

Why is it important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures?

Moving abroad is not only going to compel you to undergo personal growth and gain a deeper understanding of yourself, but it will also expand your horizons and allow you to perceive the world from a different perspective. Many of us hold strong opinions and viewpoints, but I can guarantee that they will evolve once you make this decision.

I really enjoyed seeing the beautiful sites while traveling in Heidelberg, Germany!

Why do you think learning a new language is important?

Learning a new language is equal to opening a vast door to the world. It serves as a key that unlocks a deeper understanding of diverse cultures, facilitates connections with new people, and enhances one's ability to integrate seamlessly into a different country. The advantages of learning a new language are myriad, making it an invaluable pursuit, especially for those considering living abroad.

The experience becomes enriched to the maximum extent, offering a broader perspective and a more immersive engagement with the local environment. In essence, the decision to learn a new language is a resounding 'yes,' as it opens up unparalleled opportunities for personal and cultural growth.

What does meaningful travel mean to you?

I believe that every journey holds the potential for meaning, but those trips where you immerse yourself in a different lifestyle or culture stand out as particularly enriching. Meaningful travel is about transcending the role of a passive observer and becoming an active participant in the world around you. It's the willingness to step out of your comfort zone, embrace new customs and perspectives, and forge genuine connections.
