Begin your journey with 8 nights in Sydney, where you’ll recover from jet lag, explore iconic sights, and take part in a fun and supportive orientation. The week also covers practical essentials such as setting up your bank account, SIM card and tax file number, so you can hit the ground running. After Sydney, head to your confirmed full-time position with accommodation included. Placements typically run for 3 to 12 months and pay around $800 AUD per week, giving you the chance to earn, learn and travel. You’ll develop your skills with hands-on experience caring for horses while enjoying the Australia in a social environment. With 12 months of ongoing job support across Australia, you’ll have freedom to take on new equine or city-based roles later in the year. The Discipleship Training School (DTS) at YWAM Toowoomba is a transformative five-month journey designed to help you know God more deeply and make Him known in Australia and the nations.
