Volunteer at an ethical Big Cat sanctuary based on a beautiful wildlife reserve in the province of the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Your role largely involves assisting with the ongoing care of big cats saved from dire captive situations, wherein many come from zoos across Ukraine. These big cats (11 lions and a tiger) can never be released due to their backgrounds in captivity. Program Highlights
Assist with the care of lions and a tiger saved from horrible backgrounds, many from private ownership and zoos in Ukraine, and help them learn to live like normal big cats again.
Relieve the boredom that living in captivity can bring to big cats by helping making fun animal enrichments for them to enjoy.
