My experience with the TEFL Institute of Ireland so far has been excellent. From enrollment and access to the course materials, to having a tutor available as well as scheduled check-ins, the support and overall offering have been fantastic and of an exceptionally high quality. I have also had a few queries, and the customer support from Lisa Flynn has been exemplary, helping to resolve my issues quickly so I could continue enjoying the course. If you are considering taking an online TEFL course, I cannot recommend the TEFL Institute of Ireland highly enough.

I recently started my TEFL course with the TEFL Institute of Ireland, and even though I’m still at the beginning, I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The course content is easy to navigate, and it is laid out clearly, which made getting started feel very manageable. I also really appreciate that the course is self‑paced, being able to work through the material in my own time has been a huge help. She responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process very straightforward. Her professionalism and friendliness made a big difference in a moment when I needed help, and her help genuinely improved my experience as a new learner balancing other studies. I am currently working on achieving my 180-hour Level 5 TEFL Diploma. I enjoy the different methods used during the course. This includes audio, text, video and quizzes. Customer service and support during my course have been good to date. Questions are answered normally within 24 hours.
